Sumerlal Sharma from Badmer in Rajasthan says last month some upper caste people have badly beaten a dalit but the police is not registering a case. The case was filed with help from SP but no action has been taken yet. The dalit person does not have money for treatment and he is badly suffering. Khuturam Sunani is telling us that I had told you about the story of Kuliadongri village on this platform where villagers had caught an officer siphoning off PDS subsidized ration. The officer was jailed. To punish for this act the entire panchayat has not been given subsidized rice for last 5 months and a 27 year old boy called Laxman had died of malnutrition.
