A laborer Pitbasu Bhoi from Surguja in Chhattisgarh says a fellow laborer was sick and was admitted in a hospital in Ambikapur with his Smart card which government has issued to people living Below poverty line. He was sent to a hospital called MMI in Raipur where he died. His family members have deposited Rs 20,000 to the hospital.
