Darbu Singh Uike from Kanha National Park area in Madhya Pradesh is telling us that on Diwali day forest officials beat up some villagers because they went inside the park with their cows. Jagdish from Land Rights Cycle Yatra in Jaba block of Rewa in MP tells us that today the month long yatra has concluded where 2000 people from 200 villages participated. They gave a memorandum to administration demanding roads in 27 villages. The letter to Chief Minister says in more than 50 villages no adivasi have got land deeds under Forest Rights Act.
