We used to have Govt school here but when JP cement company came here it not only bulldozed out crop and house, Govt school also got closed. JP private school needs Rs 1200. I have filled it up again in 2013. I make round of officials who tell me that they have sent our application to top officials but have not heard back. Santosh Behera from Bhathra village in Hadia block of Korapur district in Odisha is telling us that last month my friend Sudhir Mohanty had sent a report on Swara saying a muscleman had taken away NREGA cards of 25 adivasi laborers from 3 years and they were not getting any work.
