Sunil Kumar is talking to social activist Abdul Rahim who is member of Child Welfare Committee and is telling him about child rights. He suggests if you meet some child wandering alone then you should take them to police station or call 1098, child help line. There is Govt creche in every district for those kids who are in need of care. 0 to 5 years old children can be sent in Special Adaptation Agency. Worked for making Govt buildings, officers making us go round, no payment...
