He says in his village high school in Semaria block there are only 1 teacher and 2 para teachers for 300 students. From last year some local educated youth are helping the students free of cost. He tried to help these volunteers get Indira Awas facility as they also belong to Below Poverty Line but they were not given the facility because they denied to give bribe. He says in Mungwadah forest in Huntergunj block of the district forest department did plantation in 2004-05. Now they have again sanctioned Rs 22 lakhs for plantation in the same forest. The question needs to be asked what happened to the plantation done 7 years ago? Specially he says there are many schools where hand pumps are not working and children are having a hard time. It is also difficult to cook their mid day meals.
