Jagdish Ji is meeting Kehar Singh an adivasi from Mandla district in MP who says he is president of Gram Vanadhikar Samiti. According to law a certificate from Samiti should be enough for getting Forest Rights but 86 applications filed by him got rejected. Govt is accepting forms again but he says Govt should gives application forms for free. Last time in 2009 they had to spend upto Rs 200 to get forms. Naresh Bunkar is visiting a conference on Community Forest Rights Act in Mainpat in Surguja Chhattisgarh where he meets thousands of adivasis who have applied for individual forest rigths act years back but they tell him they have not got any land deeds.
