According to law a certificate from Samiti should be enough for getting Forest Rights but 86 applications filed by him got rejected. Govt is accepting forms again but he says Govt should gives application forms for free. Last time in 2009 they had to spend upto Rs 200 to get forms. They are starting the work today which is influenced by Dinanath Adivasi who has planted trees in more than 100 acres on his own in last few years.
