Surendra Hanspal is reporting from a rural school 75 kilometers from Raipur where he talks to a teacher and two students about preparation for celebration of Republic day. Surendra Sharma says government should be more sympathetic towards handicapped people. At the moment in his area the handicapped people are not getting included in below poverty line and also are not getting any pension. Many handicapped people are not able to arrange two square meal and government reservation policy on jobs is also sometimes not implemented properly. All this should change

Reservation of 3% in jobs also does not get filled by handicapped candidates. He says government should run awareness programs so that handicapped people come to know about the welfare schemes and how to approach them
