Village agitates for closure of illegal liquor shop, no response
Surendra Hanspal is reporting from a village 55 kms from capital Raipur where villagers are doing a movement demanding closure of liquor shop in their village. According to law any village which have less population than 2000 should not have a liquor shop. The village Sandi Murpar has 395 voters and villagers say there is also a liquor shop just 12 kms away but their complaint so far has gone to deaf ears,. They say local media is also not co-operating to highlight their continuous movement

Dharna in Ranchi demanding special status to Adivasi languages
Virendra Mahto from Jharkhand says Inquilabi Naujawan Lekhak Sangh is organising a day long dharna on 29th April in Ranchi demanding state languages status to adivasi languages. Village students attracted by private coaching culture in cities

The teacher says the students want to shift to cities in want of tutions. There is no culture of private coaching in villages
