NREGA website says road was built, 5 lakhs were paid, but there is no road...
My name is Surendra Singh Koya. I am calling from Silouta village in Pratappur block of Surajpur district in Chhattisgarh. I found out in NREGA website that a work of road construction was taken up in my village on which Rs 5,62,216 was spent. The website says 852 workers were paid for 4610 mad days between 9/5/11 and 26/1/12. But in reality no work has taken place. Manual scavengers not allowed to fetch water, walk on street in Chitrakoot UP

In my district in Dwarkapuri area manual scavengers are not allowed to enter the area and walk on streets.
