Dr. Gandhi is telling us about the benefits of Honey in winter.If child is suffering from cold then give him half spoon of honey.Put 2 spoons of honey in one glass milk and then give it to any younger or elder person during morning and evening time daily then it will improve their health.If some wants to remove fat then they should mix 2 spoons of honey in one glass water and then mix juice of half lemon in it and drink that water daily.
