Bundelkhand Vikas cycle Yatra has reached Pargana village in Chirgam block of Jhansi district in UP where dalit and adivasi people tell him that first they need is land for farming and making house. They need Red ration cards for Below Poverty line people. They have a hand pump but no toilets.
