Dilip kumar Behera is visiting Singaram village of Udiyapent Panchayat, Lahkmipur block, Koraput district in Odisha and is talking to an Adivasi in his Kui language who says that we were evicted from our land 8 years ago by Aditya Birla Company and apart from money were promised to be employed here. Jagdish is visiting Sakargaila forest land under Devkhar panchayat of Rewa district Madhya Pradesh where 700 Adivasis are living for 3 generations from 1985 and have filled claim form under Forest Rights act. 27 of them have got lease for limited land but not on what they had demanded. Forest department has now sent all of them notices to leave their land. They want the lease on the basis of their claim.
