Jagdish Ji visiting with Bhumi Adhikar Yatra has reached Kasiyari village in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh today. This is a dalit village of 50 houses and 250 people. They tell him that they first got land deeds from Govt in 1977 but they were cancelled. Then 15 people got land papers in 2001-02 but they are yet to get any possession. They live on Govt land and are forced to migrate in search of work. They tell JagdishJi that tell Govt to give us 5 acres of land each and we will not need any cheap ration. Jagdish Ji is visiting Mangraur village in Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh where farmers tell him that two companies NTPC and Videocon has taken their land fraudulently for their power plants.
