Vaid Chandrakant Sharma from Mungeli, Chhatisgarh is giving us some traditional tips for enhancing memory. Fine grind and cloth filter dry Banyan bark and add double amount of Misri powder to it. Take 1 teaspoon of this powder with milk or water twice daily. 1 teaspoon of Baheda powder (Terminalia Belerica) with honey twice a day is also useful. ½ gms Bachh (Sweet flag) powder with Honey or Misri with milk twice daily is also beneficial.
