Rabi Pradhan is talking to Madhusudanji a Ho adivasi social activist in Chaibasa area in Jharkhand who tells him that Govt has only used the Kolhan area for taking minerals away which has not helped the locals. This area needs irrigation and forest based local cottage industry but less than 5% area is irrigated.
