Ramashankar is calling from Latiyar village in Jaba tehsil of Rewa district in MP and says the connecting road to Jaba from this village was in very bad shape from more than 5 years with lots of stones in it so it was even difficult to walk on it, vehicles moved with lots of difficulty. Ramashankar is talking to Bechanram, Sarpanch of Idarikala village, Kusmi block, Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh. There was low voltage in the village and despite of complaints lineman and officials demanded bribe and didn’t help. Then it was reported on Swara in September 2015. Officers were pressurized by callers and transformer got installed in October.
