Charan Singh Parte from village Naigawan Raiyat in Mawai block, Bichhia tahsil in Mandla district of MP says they have electric poles in their Baiga adivasi village but no electricity. They need to go 10 kms to charge their mobile phones which costs Rs 10 each time. They need to walk 4 kms to river to fetch water. There is no Govt work going in the village.
