Rajesh calling from Motey Scheduled Tribe colony in Burgamphad Mandal of Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. He says they are 50 adivasi families but they have no source of drinking water. There is a sream at 2 kms but that has also dried. They need to walk 5 kms to fetch water and children are falling ill by using dirty water from the stream. You are requested to help. Tigers killing pet animals but forest dept not ready to accept their presence!
Rajesh Tripathi from Raigarh Chhattisgarh is telling us that the villagers in Bamursia panchayat are repeatedly telling about sighting of tigers in the area. The tigers have killed 4 of their animals. A big herd of 25-30 elephants are also roaming in the region. But forest dept is not keen to accept this under pressure from industries.
