Though he is supplying water to whole village from April he has not been paid the agreed money yet. Chandeshwar Kushwaha from Deviganj village in Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh is talking to some of his fellow villagers who are telling that they had reported about a corruption in Rural employment guarantee work in their village where work was done by machines and people were not paid. After reporting second time on Swara Collector sent a team but they say before the team’s arrival officers have started work with labourers though after first report the same officers had threatened.
