This is an area fighting against coal mining. They say company had put a pipe line but there is no water and they need to walk kilometers to fetch drinking water. Though they produce electricity for the nation they hardly get any electricity for themselves. Shatali requests us to raise their issues.

Charan Parte is at Sarasmal village in Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh where people tell him that there are mines in 3 sides of their village and they can not go to forest to get wood and other forest produce as they did before. Water level has gone down and they are not left with any source of drinking water. There is huge pollution. Pradeep is visiting Dahi town of Dhar district in Madhya Pradesh where people are complaining that though Govt had sanctioned Rs 8 lakh to supply water to people in 3 months of summer but there is no idea what happened to that money which was given to an elected representative.
