Jagdish from Rewa MP says we reported on Swara about water pumps from Public health and Engineering dept being broken and some mechanics visited and repaired some hand pumps. But after that on 11th June the department has issued a press note saying all pumps are repaired. Sreekant Tiwari is calling from Sinhartola in Kota panchayt of Jawa tahsil in Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. A hand pump was dug for anganwadi in 2013 but it is yet to be operational. Nearby school has a hand pump which is broken from 3 months. They have complained at least 20 times but no one listens. Children are walking more than a kilometer for drinking water.
