Pradeep is visiting Masan falia in Haldi panchayat of Kukshi tahsil in Dhar district of Madhya Pradesh. There are 80 adivasi houses in the village but no hand pump. They get water from a kilometer away. They have 130 small children but there is no anganwadi. They are not getting any work under NREGA and hardly there is any meeting of Gra Sabha taking place. We fetch water from a stream 4 kms away but due to rain the water there has become muddy and there are insects in water. People are falling ill. We need a hand pump badly. Srikant Tiwari is calling from village Sinhartola tahsil Jaba in Rewa district Madhya Pradesh. Her says two hand pumps in Anganwadi and primary school was broken from 2013 and they had approached many officers for repair many times but in vain. After that he recorded a message on CGnet Swara on 11th June and is happy to share that within 2 weeks both hand pumps have got repaired and children now don’t need to go far for drinking water. Rabi Pradhan is visiting Dumerjod village in Kunwarmunda block of Sundargarh district Odisha. This is an ideal village of Rourkela Steel plant where people displaced by Mandira dam are rehabilitated. He speaks to Dilip Toppo who says in Nagpuri language that RSP has given them toilet but there is hardly any water. Niether for drinking nor cultivation.They were promised jobs and hospital.
