Ramashankar Prajapati says on 5th January he had recorded a message on Swara from village Itaura Post Sagra tahsil Hujur in Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh saying that none of 700+ dalits and adivasis of this village have neither name in Below Poverty line nor they have ration cards.
