Pappu Jatav is calling from Derenta Abbal village and panchayat in Karera tehsil of Shivpuri district in Madhya Pradesh and says a Govt work for digging pond was sanctioned in the village which could have given 3 months work to laborers but local officials got the work done by machine in 15 days. Ramashankar is talking to Bechanram, Sarpanch of Idarikala village, Kusmi block, Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh. There was low voltage in the village and despite of complaints lineman and officials demanded bribe and didn’t help. Then it was reported on Swara in September 2015. Officers were pressurized by callers and transformer got installed in October.
