Litu Minj is telling us about a Public hearing for expansion of Rourkela Steel Plant in Sundargarh district in Odisha on 16th June where people opposed it fiercely. They said thousands of people were displaced 50 kms away 56 years ago to establish RSP and their pathetic situation is known to all. 5000 acre unused land taken from them should be returned first.
