Rajesh Yadav is calling from Dalit basti under Laltapur village, post Majhagaen in Navgarh thana of Chandauli district in Uttar Pradesh where Fulgen Kumar tells him that 25 Dalit families live there and hand pump was broken from long. They had complained to officials many times but no one was listening. Then they had recorded a message on CGnet on 23rd Oct 2014 and after that the handpump got repaired. Naresh Bunkar visited Niwaskhar and Rajak villages in Lormi block of Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh and says 110 Adivasi families live in Niwaskahr and out of 9 handpumps there 4 were broken since long and 2 in Rajak village.
