Chandmani Shandil is calling from Eragada village of Banki Panchayat, Gurundiya block, Sundergarh district in Odisha and talking to Krishna Kaka who says in Sadri language that their hand pump was throwing oiled dirty water from 2 months and no one was listening to their complaints. Mukesh Taram is calling from Jailvara village of Jogisoda panchayat, Bichhiya tehsil, Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh to say that he had reported on Swara regarding 4 broken hand pumps on 27 November. 280 Adivasi families live in the 6 mohallas of the village and had water scarcity.
