Naresh Bunkar is visiting Nawatola village under Birhuldih panchayat in Pandariya block of Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh where villagers tell him that 22 Baiga Adivasi families live there from many years. The village is situated on the hill but they are forced to drink dirty water from nullah from downhill because there is no handpump. They requesting for Hand Pump. Borewell not working from 3 months, adivasis fetch dirty water from km, falling ill...
Lalsu Nogoti is telling us about Tumarkodi village in Bhamragarh tehsil of Gadchiroli district in Maharashtra from where villagers tell him that borewell is not working from 3 months and more than 25 Mariya Adivasi families are suffering. They are forced to drink dirty water from nullah 1 km away and fall ill due to it. Officers are not listening. No handpump in weekly market , so need to walk a km to get water, pls help...
Naresh Bunkar is calling from village-Rukhmidadar, panchayat-Kandavani, block-Pandariya of district Kabirdham in Chhattisgarh. A weekly market is assembled there from two years but because there is no handpump in the market adivasis need to go a km to get drinking water.
