He says in last 2 weeks they have identified more than 5000 landless dalits and adivasis who have got no support from anyone so far neither they have any hope. Chhotu Adivasi traveling with Bhumi Adhikar Pad Yatra ( Land rights foot march) of Rashtriya Dalit Mahasabha has reached village Thanvaria in tahsil Semaria Rewa in MP. It is raining hard and he is witnessing houses of dalits and adivasis collapsing one by one. People are busy saving whatever they can. Chhotu Adivasi is calling from Bhumi Adhikar Yatra ( Land right march) demanding 5 acre land to each landless dalit and adivasi. The Yatra has reached Khapariha village in Semaria tehsil of Sirmor block of Rewa district in MP where he meets landless men and women who tell him that they are living in the village for many years but they have not got any land and being landless they don’t get any support of of many Govt schemes. Rajaram Adivasi from Gadhvayi village of Sohavalkhurd, Jawa block, Rewa district, MP says since 18th June 3 people have died of Cholera in his village. 15 are diagnosed with Cholera now. Doctor has visited but the situation is not under control. Cholera has spread through contaminated drinking water. A hand pump was repaired 2 days ago, but it still gives dirty water. Chhotu Adivasi traveling with Bhumi Adhikar Yatra has reached Sargavantola in Nishatpur village of Jabalpur district in Madhya Pradesh. In this village of over 500 dalits and adivasis many were displaced by Bargi dam in early 1980s but have got only a piece of land to make residence.
