Govt not encouraging Organic farmers, alleges activist
Virendra Chouhan from Khandawa in Madhya Pradesh says we are trying to work with farmers to promote organic farming but government does not seem very keen to help the farmers. He says 3 farmers in his village have created organic fertilizer and according to rules they should be encouraged with Rs 1000 each but after 2 months of applying and many follow ups there is no response. It will be difficult to promote organic if govt remains to callous. For more Chouhan ji can be reached at 07566627649
