Follow up: Forest dept refuses but adivasis tell horror story of attack on them

Deepak says he heard the message from Ramkailash Kol on Swara y’day that forest dept has demolished 45 houses of adivasis. He called up the ranger on number given by Mr Kol but the ranger flatly refused about any such incident. Then with help from Mr Kol he spoke to a victim Ramkaran Kol who narrated the horror story of drunken forest officials who broke houses, burnt them and beat adivasis up. Pro Lower Suktel dam people attack leaders returning from anti dam rally...

Satya Banchhor from Bolangir district of Odisha is telling us that last night when two leaders Prafulla Samantara and Lingaraj were returning from a foot march to protest Lower Suktel dam they were manhandled at railway station by pro-dam activists.
