Umeshwari Dugga has reached Mudulmad village under Nandipad panchayat in Asrapet tehsil in Telanagana where she met villagers who tell her in Gondi that 16 Adivasi families live here who came from Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh(IDPs) around 15 years back but they don’t have ration card till date.
