Bhan Sahu is visiting Naxal affected Bhopalpatnam area in Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh where she meets a Prerak Ratan Gurla from Bareguda village. Preraks are Govt supported village activists who teach people who could not go to school or had to drop out for any reason. They also tell them about Govt schemes and also try to help them get benefits from these schemes. Gurla says they also help villagers to not get cheated by business people who give them less rates while buying from them or change them more when selling.

Bhan Sahu is visiting Livelihood college, a skill development center in Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh where she meets Bina Kartam an adivasi girl from heavily Naxal affected Usur area of district. She tells she has come for 3 months to learn sewing and is happy with arrangements. After going back she would like to work as a tailor in her village to support her family.
