He says in 21st century in this village there is no hand pump, no school, no road, no electricity. No development work has reached here. People drink dirty water. They are dying of malaria, diarrhea. He talks to an old man Shaniram who tells him that a road has come near to his village and he fears slowly this road will finish his village.
