Take one coconut put a hole in it now fill milk in that coconut and then cover it completely with cowdung and than keep it in fire then after sometime when its outer part is burnt completely take it out from the fire and take inner white part of coconut and mix it with pure Ghee(Butter) of cow and make a powder by rubbing it with hands and than give that powder to patient thrice a day. Chhotu Adivasi traveling with Bhumi Adhikar Yatra has reached Khari village in Goparu block Shahdol district in MP and they spent the night in a Dali and Adivasi village which got electricity connection some time back but they dont get any electricity from 30/40 years.
