Illegal mining on forest land for Pradhanmantri Gram Sadak Yojna
Santosh Indwar from Kusmi area of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh is interviewing a villager who says in their village illegal stone mining on forest land is going on for two years. Illegally mined stone is being used in Pradhanmatri Gram Sadak Yojna. Villagers have complained to forest offcials but the contractors pay money to officers and the work once again starts. Protest against proposed mining in South Rajasthan
Bharat Ji is reporting from Kushalgarh of Nathwara district of South Rajasthan. A company wants to do mining to bring out manganese there but people have seen the situation of displaced people from Mahi and Kadana dams nearby and are protesting against the mining. Collector had promised that for the survey work company will work with the villagers but the company is entering the area with police and making false police cases against the people
