Bhan Sahu travelling with CGnet Swara Citizen Journalism Awareness Yatra has reached Itpal village in Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh where she meets woman Sarpanch of the village Dhaneshwari Wakde who tells her that the village has been announced a model village because everyone is literate in the village and they have achieved target of toilet building. Earlier one went to check up for malaria when you had fever with shivering but the symptom of malaria is changing, says a malaria officer in Itpal village of Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh. He says now if you have Head dizziness or diarrhea that can also be a symptom of malaria. Please go to doctor or hospital for check up. Bhan Sahu is reporting from Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh which can be the worst violence affected district in the country today. A big part of the district is under Maoist control and not much influence of the state runs there. But in Bijapur town this summer district administration is running a summer camp where children from all over the district are participating in activities like paining and toy making and they are enjoying it.
