Adivasi village needs connecting road to pave way for electricity, drinking water...

Charan Parte is calling from Naigava Raiyyat village, Mawai block, Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh and saying their Adivasi village doesn’t have a pukka connecting road. The 3 km distance to the main road is full of potholes and rocks, where it is difficult for even cycles to pass through. Officials have also faced trouble trying to reach inside and hence basic facilities like electricity and drinking water have remained unavailable. Connecting road to my village in pathetic state, govt officials not taking action...

Virendra Paraste is calling from Sakka Barela village of Dindori district in Madhya Pradesh and saying that the main road connecting this village is in pathetic condition. People have to walk barefoot on this road and the situation gets worse when it rains in monsoon. The villagers have shown this road to an MLA and other government officials, and sought their intervention but no progress has been made so far. No connecting road to our adivasi villages, requests to officers not working...

Kalmula Garaiha is calling from Chedalaguda village of Chinturu Mandal, East Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh and speaking in his adivasi Gondi language to say that 6 nearby Adivasi villages next to village also don’t have a road. Officials have not taken any action despite repeated appeals, they had earlier recorded a message on Swara but no action. Impact: Connecting road to our village constructed after Swara report, Thanks...

Naresh Bunkar is calling from Nawalpur village of Charkhuti Panchayat, block Lormi Mungeli district in Chhattisgarh and says villagers had reported on Swara that Govt had dug drains and there was no access to go to village after that. Following this officers have responded and they have made provision for one passage and remaining work is in progress for more access to the village. Villagers thank listeners and officers for helping them.

No road to the school. children suffer mainly in rainy season, pls call officers...
