Rabi Shankar from Odisha is telling us about arrest and beatings of protesters today of Lower Suktel dam in Bolangir district. Many were injured including a filmmaker Amitabh Patra who has been hopitalised. More than a dozen has been arrested. One woman became senseless after being hurt by police beatings.
