Ramvilas Singh is calling from Laltapur village of Navgarh block, Chandauli district in Uttar Pradesh and talking about bad condition of connecting road to their village of 35 families. A road was laid more than 20 years ago but since farmers have occupied part of the road. Repeated requests to officers have not got measurement done so that road construction work can start. Condition of road in our village very bad, difficult to walk in rain, 3000 suffering...
