Kailash Meena has been fighting against illegal mining in his village in Rajasthan for long in Gandhian ways with support from local people. Companies should return the land to as it was after mining...
Manoj Kumar from Kota in Rajasthan says there are lots of stone quarries in my area and there are many groups which raise the issue of mining. But there is no one to raise the issue of post mining. Once the mining is over they leave the area as it is and the area remains unuseful for agriculture. The mine companies should fill the area and do plantation to make it appropriate for agriculture once mining is over. For more Manoj Ji can be reached at 08890127086
