Ashok Kumar Kori is calling from Majan village under Pateri panchayat of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. He is telling that a handpump was broken there and local people were suffering. Then he recorded a message on Swara on Feb 5th 2016 and after that following the message officials responded. Now handpump has been repaired and throwing water properly.
