Kailash Meena, a tribal had helped recover two truck loads of illegal explosives, in the Neemka Thana area in Rajasthan. The trucks are parked in the Patal police station. The main issue was the practices of BCCL which had the rights to mine upto 2005, however they continued and in 2006, 50 mine labourers lost their lives.
