Saggan Shah Markam is visiting Anjani village in Mawai block of Mandla district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that between Ghutas and Mawai the road of 3 kms is in so bad situation that it is difficult to take sick and pregnant woman to hospital by ambulance.
