KM bhai from Asha Parivar Kanpur says in his area handicapped people have not got their pension from last 6 monhts. He says though there are more than 1.5 lakh people registered as handicapped people in Govt recrods but only 18,000 get any pension. Due to non payment the handcapped people are suffering badly for many of whom roaming around officials is a big challenge. Officials say they will give pension when the money arrives.
