Electric poles were erected 5 years ago in our village Dadartola Gadha 138 but no wires have been pulled yet says Pritamlal Prajapati. Pramod Prajapati is calling from village Dumri in Panchayat Bhadgawan in Palamu district in Jharkhand and says though their village has an Anganwadi center from 2011 but the anganwadi worker runs the center at her residence and many parents do not want to send their children there.
