Chandrakant from Surguja in Chhattisgarh is talking to Larang Sai who works with adivasis. Larang Sai ji says that only those people from Primitive Tribe Groups ( PTGs) who live in hills here have got deeds under Forest Rights Act who lived on that land from before 1980.
