Raju Rana is calling from Salaiyatand village( Karsari panchayat) in Simriya block of Chatra District in Jharkand and talking to Oraon adivasi villagers who says there was no school in the village and our children used to go to neighborhood village. There he talks to a villager Phularam who tells him that they have a population of 250 people in village but many dont have Below Poverty line card though they are very poor.
